Owner-managed and independent. We make decisions in the interest of our customers, not investors. This gives us the freedom to think long-term and advise honestly.

Close to the product. As an OEM partner of Combodo, we are not just a reseller — we actively co-develop. Webhooks, audit extensions and the AI base layer are examples of code that originated at ITOMIG and is now part of the iTop core.

Close to our customers. Based in Kehl am Rhein — right on the German-French border — we serve customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. Personally, in their language, in their time zone.

Partnership with Combodo

ITOMIG is the longest-serving OEM partner of Combodo, the French developer of the open-source ITSM platform iTop. This partnership goes far beyond distribution:

• Code contributions: We actively contribute to the further development of iTop
• Joint AI development: The AI base layer is jointly developed by ITOMIG and Combodo
• Certified integration: Our n8n community node for iTop is officially certified
• Recognised: At the iTop Community Meeting 2025 in Paris we were named "Partenaire le plus fidèle"
