I am fan of the iTop audit rules as it is very helpful for data quality, which is a must if you want to rely on data. Without ITOMIG we would not be at this position now. Working with the team is great, and we really like iTop. Now that the CMDB is working and we have successfully implemented the change management process, why should we stop?
